The single 'Here' by Syron is released by Ministry of Sound / Black Butter on March 15th

"Here" is released on 24th March via Ministry Of Sound and Black Butter.

Syron builds on the momentum of her stellar 2012 with the premiere of her stunning second single "Here", due for release on 17 March on Black Butter Records. The single comes backed with remixes from Duke Dumont, Calyx and TeeBee, TCTS and Great Skies.

20 year-old Londoner Daisy Tullulah Syron-Russell graduated from south-east London's rave scene to release her debut single, the garage-soul ballad Breaking, last September. Breaking was itself bookended by two feature collaborations - the genre-mashing "Spoons" by Rudimental and future house anthem "Mainline" by Tensnake. Another new Syron cut, the Huxley-produced "Waterproof", is being given away as a free download by iTunes, having been picked as one of their New Artists For 2013.

Syron is currently working on tracks for her debut album.

Despite having a relatively small number of releases and remixes to his name, Tensnake's output belies his immense reputation. An undoubted proponent of the quality-over-quantity mantra, his sound is as instantly recognisable as it is infectious. "Mainline" is a hooky, bass-driven house anthem of the very highest order, and features the assured vocal performance from the acclaimed Rudimental collaborator and Radio 1 Xtra favourite Syron.

With a thumpingly retro bassline, snappy 909-styled hats and a chopped and re-pitched vocal which winds its way around the main refrain, "Mainline" is a positive and worthy reimagining of the 'glory days' of house music. With its feel-good, retro house stylings and assured vocal performance, the new release from Tensnake looks set to be as big as its feline predecessor.
